Working Groups

Governance of the ETI

Our members are involved not only in making decisions at Board level and in their respective caucus groups, but also in the management of virtually all our projects and activities.

Each key area of activity is overseen by a tripartite group. Each of our experimental projects is managed by a tripartite working group, with professional and logistical support from the respective project manager. These project groups meet regularly to review progress with each project, and to agree and plan next steps.

In addition, we also have the following tripartite groups overseeing other key areas of our work:

• Annual Reporting Working Group: this group is responsible for determining the content and format of the ethical trade progress reports which our corporate members are required to submit to ETI each year.
   
• Impact Assessment Steering Group: this group developed the terms of reference for our Impact Assessment project, and oversees the implementation of the research.
   
• Workbook Development Group: this group oversees the content and updating of the ETI Workbook.
