How can issues which particularly affect women workers be addressed ?

Purpose:
To raise members awareness of some of the particular issues which effect women workers To offer some practical suggestions to help to uncover and address some of these concerns.
By providing :
- an opportunity for members to hear the experiences and perspectives of two Nicaraguan women workers from the clothing and Banana sectors.industries ?
- an opportunity to review ETI learning on this issue to date. ?
- a case study from Verite based on experience of interviewing women workers in garment factories in Asia.
Based on these experiences there will be a discussion on some of the practical suggestions for improving code implementation and monitoring techniques to help ensure these concerns are not overlooked in the future.
