To raise members awareness of some of the particular issues which effect women workers To offer some practical suggestions to help to uncover and address some of these concerns.

Based on these experiences there will be a discussion on some of the practical suggestions for improving code implementation and monitoring techniques to help ensure these concerns are not overlooked in the future.
