ETI Library indexes
There are different ways to find the information you need on our website - all access the same online library of documents. The indexes by date access an archive going back to our first website in 1998. The Resource pages by Issue and by Country/Region are more selective. You can also search the whole site using Google.
Ethical trade resources: by issue
Pages of selected links to the main ETI documents about, or with significant material about each of nine core issues in Ethical Trade, classified according to the main headings of the ETI Base Code:
- Employment is freely chosen - e.g. no forced labour
- Freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining are respected
- Health & Safety conditions are safe and hygienic
- Child labour shall not be used
- Living wages are paid
- Working hours are not excessive
- No discrimination is practised
- Regular employment is provided
- No harsh or inhumane treatment is allowed
