1. Southeast Asia Research Centre (SEARC): Database of Labour Law

SEARC, part of the City University of Hong Kong, conducts applied research in economic and political development, including research on labour practices and trade in China and South East Asia. Their website features a Database of Labour Law which provides comprehensive information on labour law and practice in Thailand (and also Cambodia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam).

For each country, you can find information on the following topics:

The sections are actually extracts from a full country report: you can print off the full Thailand report (38 pages) from www.cityu.edu.hk/searc/WP27_02_Thailand_Labour.pdf.
 

2. Thai Labour Campaign website

Thai Labour Campaign is a non-profit, non-governmental organisation committed to promoting workers' rights in Thailand and increasing awareness of labour issues globally.
