Join our alliance for a better working world
ETI membership offers companies a unique opportunity to learn how to put ethical trade into practice, and to increase impact by collaborating with other members. Trade unions and NGOs are able to influence the ethical trade agenda and engage with individual companies on their practices.
Get structured support
Whether you join ETI as an ethical trade beginner or have already built up some years' experience, as a Foundation stage member, you will receive structured support from our Membership Services Team to help you develop a strategic approach to ethical trade. As you progress in your membership, we continue to provide you with annual feedback.
Join collaborative supply chain programmes
From sandstone quarrying in Rajasthan to fabric embellishment in Delhi, ETI corporate, trade union and NGO members collaborate in supply chain programmes that aim to achieve tangible improvements to workers' lives. Joining programmes that target the root causes of workers' rights abuses, not just their symptoms, will help you to increase the effectiveness of your organisation's ethical trade efforts.
Build your knoweldge and skills
As well as accessing discounted training courses, our members' working groups and roundtables offer a safe space to explore sensitive issues, learn from peers and develop collective solutions. Member-only resources include a step-by-step guide to improving company purchasing practices, regular briefings and resource round-ups on key topics.
