A partnership approach to managing change in the supply chain

This workshop focuses on how to identify and manage change in the supply chain and develop effective improvement programmes. It puts suppliers at the centre of the process and explores the need for, and practicalities of, joint working in tackling ethical trade challenges. Topics include:

• Identifying root causes of workplace issues
• Developing SMART improvement plans
• Prioritising resources

The workshop is aimed at participants who are already involved in or have responsibility for implementing codes of practice, or who are otherwise concerned with monitoring and improving working conditions in global supply chains.

Participants will need to be familiar with the issues covered in Workshops 1 and 2 before participating in this workshop.
