Essentials 1: Introduction to ethical trade

Essentials 1

Discover the key concepts of ethical trade and how to implement them in your business.

The first in our series of four courses outlining the essentials of ethical trading, this workshop will give you a practical understanding of the main issues, ideas and advantages, and explain how to build them into your organisation’s ethical trade strategy.

Defining ethical trade

We will define the ETI Base Code and how to use it, as well as looking at different supply chain structures and the responsibilities of supporting workers’ rights.

Our trainers are experts in developing and implementing codes of labour practice in global supply chains and will help you with mapping your supply chain, learning how to implement ethical trade and communicating the advantages to different audiences.
