In conjunction with the ETI food, farming and fisheries team, a workshop to explore how we all need to contribute to creating an enabling environment for supply chain workers in farm, fisheries and food processing supply chains.
Through facilitated discussion we aim to:
share ETI’s model of progressing worker representation and guidance on freedom of association and the dedicated due diligence framework
explore benefits of organised labour and to farm and factory managers,
how to overcome the barriers to progressing workers’ rights
the need for a collaborative role of multi-stakeholder approach initiatives
