Supporting and respecting Freedom of Association (FOA) and Collective Bargaining (CB) within company supply chains can result in a positive business environment, including better economic competitiveness, early dispute resolution, skills development, health and safety improvements. It also drives dignity and equality through universally accepted principles.
The two workshops in this series introduce the ETI model and approach to addressing Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining, and provide guidance on promoting and supporting the development of independently elected worker representatives including working with trade unions.
Workshop 1: Maturing industrial relations in global supply chains
