Membership fees
Companies
Companies pay fees along a sliding scale, depending on their size. Companies new to ethical trade, who join ETI as 'Foundation stage' members, also pay a one-off charge of £500, payable (and non-refundable) when their application for membership is formally submitted.

Trade unions
Trade union organisations do not pay a fee for their membership of ETI.
NGOs
The annual membership fee for large NGOs is £5,000 plus VAT. Smaller NGOs - who make up the majority of ETI's NGO members - pay £50 plus VAT. Small NGOs can apply to ETI for funding to help them cover the costs of their participation in ETI activities.
