You are a proven manager with more than five years' experience of project management and planning, especially in developing countries. Excellent communication and administration skills are essential.

Invitation to tender: Evaluation of ETI's DFID PPA

The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) has received unrestricted funding support from DFID through a Partnership Programme Arrangement (PPA) since 2006. We are now inviting individuals and organisations with the relevant experience and expertise to submit a tender to carry out an independent evaluation of our DFID PPA for the most recent period 2008-11.

The tender pack contains Terms of Reference (ToR) for the evaluation, together with information on how to respond to the tender. A copy of the current PPA framework is also included.

Tender responses should be sent to ETI Programme Publications and Communications Manager, Penny Street (penny@eti.org.uk) by Tuesday 3rd August 2010.

Capacity Building Manager

We are looking for a manager to support a brand new capacity building team. You will assist our Head of Capacity Building in managing a large variety of activities both in the UK and overseas. This will include helping with the management of donors' funded programmes overseas, developing business plans and marketing strategies for new services, managing relations with key stakeholders and developing funding proposals.

Ideally, you will have business experience, particularly in sales and marketing, as well as sound project and budget management skills.
