Membership Services Manager

The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) is a ground-breaking alliance of companies, trade unions and voluntary organisations working together to improve the lives of workers producing consumer goods - anything from tea to T-shirts, from flowers to footballs.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and committed Membership Services Manager to join our small but dedicated team, managing existing ETI members and helping new members find their way to trading ethically.

We are seeking someone with account management experience in a corporate environment who:

  • is able to implement external standards within a supply chain
  • is able to develop and understand business plans
  • has strong research and report analysis skills
  • has a strong customer service ethic

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, flexible and able to work under their own initiative to support our members.

This is a full time post of 37.5 hours a week, with a salary of £33,000 plus benefits.
