Social insurance - a good practice guide for Chinese enterprises

Social insurance compliance in China is one of the most difficult challenges in one’s ethical trade improvement journey. The content of this guide is a result of ETI’s collaboration with international and local institutions, including some on-site surveys and assessment results from Chinese local suppliers. Relevant government officers and field experts were invited by ETI to provide specific law interpretation and advice. The overall purpose of this resource is to provide practical and effective guidance for Chinese suppliers to gradually improve adherence to social insurance systems in their daily operation, and to achieve sustainable developments for the business and workers.
