ETI policy on relationships among members in the event of disputes arising over a possible breach of the Base Code.

This policy applies to potential conflicts of interest that may arise between the role of a director of ETI and any independent activities that such a director may carry out whether as a consultant, adviser, employee, director, trustee or in any other capacity and whether paid or unpaid.

The complaints procedure ETI follows to investigate an apparent serious failure by a member company to implement membership obligations.
