Stuart Bell is a co-founder of Ergon Associates and has more than 30 years' experience of advising on corporate responsibility issues for companies, investors, international agencies and NGOs. He has developed and delivered training and professional programmes around the world and is a specialist in assessing risks and developing practical actions in sectors ranging from apparel to agriculture, oil and gas and electronics. 

Margaret “Mags” Shapiro has worked across sectors (including clothing and textiles, mining and manufacturing) both as an independent consultant, and for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Performance Solutions Africa.
