Ethical supply chain management

Responsible for ethical supply chain management, responsible sourcing or sustainable procurement in your business? Based on in-depth knowledge, and delivered by leading experts, ETI offers a range of practical training courses on key ethical trade issues, for all levels of experience.

The essentials of ethical trade

Four one-day workshops that take participants through the process of building a sound ethical trade policy and strategy, and help them develop the knowledge and understanding to put this into practice along the supply chain.

Buying ethically

A half-day training course for buying staff, that provides a practical understanding of what it means to ‘buy ethically’, how purchasing practices can impact on workers, and how to integrate ethical trade into buying practices.

UK employment law

A half-day seminar to help suppliers meet expectations of their UK customers who have signed up to the ETI Base Code or other codes of labour practice.

Equal treatment of workers

A ground-breaking training programme to help tackle discrimination and promote equal treatment of workers. Includes a two-day course for supervisors, a half-day course for managers, and a joint action-planning session.

Tailored and in-house training

As well as our range of open training workshops, we also offer in-house training which can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your company or organisation. These courses provide a unique opportunity to raise the expertise of a whole team, or group of managers and suppliers, for example.

Contact Damien Egan, damien.egan@eti.org.uk or +44(0)20 7841 4350 to discuss bespoke training sessions for your company.
