Steve has a sound theoretical and practical experience of HRM, industrial relations and ethical trade and has taught in the UK and abroad. He has taught in the Further Education sector for many years; is a Visiting Lecturer at Manchester University Business School and has research and project management experience. Steve has extensive experience around health & safety, collective bargaining, learning and skills and industrial partnerships.
