Fee Guidance

All ETI training courses listed are subject to VAT at 20%. Training fees include all relevant course materials, refreshments and lunch, where applicable. ETI will invoice for the cost of the training prior to the training date and expect payment to be settled before course attendance.

Cancelling

If you are unable to attend, the full fee will remain payable and you are welcome to nominate a substitute attendee to take your place. Let us know via training@eti.org.uk

In the instance of the Ethical Trading Initiative cancelling a training course, ETI will endeavour to rearrange suitable dates. Where this is not possible, ETI will reimburse any fees already paid for the training course. ETI will not reimburse travel costs in the event of cancellation of training courses.
