Few industries have made real progress on the implementation of a living wage to workers - but the banana sector is one. Through this blog series ETI aims to share information with our members and responsible business at large, on what steps could be taken to advance living wages in other sectors.

Over the next few months, we'll be sharing perspectives from across the supply chain and our membership - from companies, suppliers, trade unions and NGOs - to understand how we can learn from good practice in the banana sector, and work together close the living wage gap in more farms, factories, supply chains, sectors and industries worldwide.
