ETI strategy
In this session, we shared our vision for the next four years and heard from ETI Board Chair Philip Jennings and board members from across our tripartite membership about how we will work together to drive meaningful change for workers around the world.
Our new strategy builds on nearly 30 years of collaboration between businesses, trade unions and NGOs. It sets out how we will strengthen our collective impact through four strategic priorities:
Effective human rights due diligence – helping businesses move beyond compliance to deliver lasting change.
Worker representation and freedom of association – supporting workers' voices and enabling trusted, resilient supply chains.
Collective action for systemic change – bringing members together to address forced labour, gender inequality and the impacts of climate change on workers.
Crisis preparedness, response and remediation – strengthening our ability to support members when supply chains are disrupted.
Across all four priorities is a shared commitment to put workers at the heart of everything we do.
