Giving you the tools you need to implement an ethical trade programme.
Building on the foundations of our Introduction to ethical trade workshop the content covered explains the tools and mechanisms you need to set up and manage an ethical trade programme.
Equipping you for ethical trading
Our trainers will guide you through the methods of introducing and embedding an ethical trade and human rights strategy in your organisation.
By exploring the realities of a risk-based approach we will help you identify good social auditing practice, as well as looking at other ways to develop ethical supply chains.
The content enables you to understand the range of approaches to implementing labour codes of practice and know how to assess risk and prioritise ethical trade activities.
Ultimately you will be able to review your organisation’s own ethical trade strategy and identify what you can do to improve it.
