Assessing and improving
You will be shown how to recognise the root causes of workplace issues, then develop and monitor SMART improvement programmes to solve them.
Our training partners will also demonstrate ways to build relationships with suppliers to enable change, using case studies to guide you on the best ways to go about it.
This includes prioritising financial and non-financial resources for ethical trade, and how you can access and use them effectively.
Who is this course for?
This content is particularly suitable if you are:
- an ethical trade manager, buyer or HR representative with responsibility for CSR and ethical trade
- a human rights and ethical trade professional, consultant or auditor
- a trade union representative engaging with voluntary corporate initiatives and/or multinationals
- part of an NGO promoting ethical trade.
