Providing you with the skills to develop effective supply chain improvement programmes.

Our third ‘Essentials of ethical trade’ workshop will help you identify and manage change in your supply chain.

Assessing and improving

You will be shown how to recognise the root causes of workplace issues, then develop and monitor SMART improvement programmes to solve them.

Our expert trainers will also demonstrate ways to negotiate change with suppliers, using case studies to guide you on the best ways to go about it.

This includes prioritising financial and non-financial resources for ethical trade, and how you can access and use them effectively.

Who is this course for?

The ‘Sustainable change in supply chains’ course is particularly suitable if you are:

  • an ethical trade manager, buyer or HR representative with responsibility for CSR and ethical trade
  • a CSR professional, consultant or auditor
