Michelle Lehrer is the Regional Director for Africa at Level Works Limited, a supply chain labour practices firm. Based in Swaziland, Michelle works across the African continent with suppliers, brands, and NGOs on ethical trading projects in the textile, agriculture, and mining industries.

Michelle is also the founder of Crafted International, a sourcing agency and consultancy that bridges the needs of producers and retailers with the goal of developing sustainable and ethical sourcing relationships and bringing beautiful, high quality goods to international consumers.
