Sarah Roberts is the Executive Director of the Ethical Tea Partnership (ETP), a consortium of 30 international tea companies and retailers who work through ETP to support the development of a thriving tea industry that is socially just and environmentally sustainable. Sarah has been leading ETP’s work on living wage and living income and co-convenes the ETP-Oxfam multistakeholder consortium that is working to address tea sector wage issues in a number of countries.
