Giving you the tools you need to implement an ethical trade programme.
Building on the foundations of our Introduction to ethical trade workshop this course explains the tools and mechanisms you need to set up and manage an ethical trade programme.
Equipping you for ethical trading
Our expert trainers will guide you through the methods of introducing and running an ethical trade programme in your organisation.
By exploring the realities of a risk-based approach we will help you identify good social auditing practice, as well as looking at other ways to develop ethical supply chains.
The workshop will allow you to understand the range of approaches to implementing labour codes of practice and know how to assess risk and prioritise ethical trade activities.
Ultimately you will be able to review your organisation’s own ethical trade strategy and identify what you can do to improve it.
Who is this course for?
The ‘Managing risk: Going beyond audit’ course is particularly suitable if you are:
- an ethical trade manager, buyer or HR representative with responsibility for CSR and ethical trade
