Developing effective, long-term ethical trade policies for your organisation.
In the fourth and final of our ‘Essentials of ethical trade’ workshops, we will help you to take a long-term view of your organisation’s ethical trade policy and understand how to extend its reach through collaboration with a range of different partners and groups.
Tackling wider issues
We will talk you through some of the more challenging issues you will face when working to improve conditions for workers in global supply chains.
Along with reaching and involving workers at all levels of your supply chain, including 'invisible' and marginal workers, we will show you how to integrate ethical trade and the ETI Base Code into core business practices such as purchasing.
Our expert trainers will give you guidance on establishing and building better dialogue with key partners, including trade unions, NGOs and local organisations, and the benefits of working with different groups.
