Lisa Parrott 3

The Ethical Trading Initiative (ETI) is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Parrott as Treasurer and Non-Executive Director to the ETI Board.

Lisa brings over 25 years’ experience in senior finance leadership roles, having served as Finance Director and Chief Financial Officer across a wide range of organisations and sectors, including a FTSE 250 PLC. Her career spans financial services, leisure and cruising, central services, and membership-based organisations.

Most recently, Lisa was Chief Financial Officer at Boundless by CSMA, a not-for-profit membership organisation serving the public sector and civil service with around 150,000 members. During her five years in the role, she was responsible for finance and financial strategy, company secretariat, risk and compliance, insurance, pensions, and mergers and acquisitions.

Lisa is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants (FCCA) and is currently studying for the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma, further strengthening her governance and board-level expertise.

Commenting on her appointment, Lisa said:

“I am delighted to be joining the Ethical Trading Initiative as Treasurer. ETI’s mission closely aligns with my values and sense of purpose, and I am very much looking forward to contributing to the organisation in my first Non-Executive Director role.”

ETI looks forward to working with Lisa and benefiting from her extensive financial expertise and strategic insight as the organisation continues to advance human rights and responsible business practices across global supply chains.
