With funding from the Vulnerable Supply Chains Facility, a rapid COVID-19 response fund set up by FCDO and managed by Mott MacDonald Ltd., ETI, Partner Africa and Sentinel Africa have developed this practical guide for African suppliers in the agri-food sector. The guide aims to make business continuity planning easy and accessible and provides templates and tools enabling suppliers to draft their own Business Continuity Plan.

Effective Business Continuity Planning is important as it helps suppliers manage internal and external risks and strengthen resilience against current and future shocks – such as COVID-19.
