Responsible purchasing practices (RPP) are vital for improving labour conditions and sustainability across supply chains. Building on the progress driven of the Common Framework for Responsible Purchasing Practices for the Garment and Footwear Sector and the Learning and Implementation Community, ETI has been exploring the applicability of the Common Framework across a range of manufacturing sectors. By broadening the focus, ETI sought to identify barriers to RPP implementation and develop solutions to drive lasting, positive change in diverse industries.

This webinar will explore learning from ETI's work with 15 companies across diverse manufacturing industries over 21 months, as well as insights from pilot projects assessing the impact of purchasing practices on supply chain workers. Find out how companies progressed against the newly developed Common Framework for Responsible Purchasing Practices in Manufacturing Industries and learn from the successes and challenges faced.
